Work Experience: Should it be new or can be old?

I am in the process of filling the PMP exam and have filled the hours sheet which you have sent to us. In the middle of project I have done a project which only lasted for only 6 months, for which the values are zeros.

Question:- I have worked on a project for almost 4 years but very long ago - in the year 2004 - 2008. Can I put this only project and fill in the form in PMI website? or we need to have the latest project too.

Yes, you can absolutely put in your old project and it is OK. There are no restrictions on how old this project can be. I suggest you fill up this single project and this would fulfill the experience criteria.
