Refund Policy

As per StarPMO’s Refund Policy, refund request has to be raised within 9 days of purchase of course.

Any refund request beyond 9days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.

In case StarPMO cancels an event, 100% of course fees will be refunded to the delegate if the refund raise request is within 14 days of purchase of course.

But any expenses related to logistics, travel, accommodation etc incurred by participants will not be refunded.

StarPMO reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.

Please Note: The processing time for all the Refunds will be within 14 working days after the refund request is approved by StarPMO.


Rescheduling Policy

Generally, StarPMO has no history of any re-scheduling of the training programs. But it is understood that there might be some unforeseen circumstances which are possible in life.

In case StarPMO reschedules any training program, 100% refund will be offered with no questions asked.

However, every attempt will be made to accommodate the participant in the next best schedule possible.

In case a registered participant reschedules any program, he can join the session of his choice in future or if he want to have a refund the it will be processed as per our refund policy.

But the rescheduling request has to be send atleast 4 days prior.

Also, rescheduling will be subject to availability of seats.
